I have passed The Jewelry Exchange for the last 15 years and intended to go into the store every time I passed it. . Well, on impulse I decided to go into have the store to have the prongs on my ring repaired and have new diamonds inserted for the ones that were missing. Unfortunately they were not able to do the repair the ring without damage to the original sapphire which was my engagement ring for 35 years. I am a nurse and I am not the most delicate person when wearing jewelry. I tend to swing my hands around hitting everything in sight which is why this would have been my third repair for this ring. However, I was able to get a setting for my wedding band. I decided on a diamond setting. Jo the assistant manager was just exceptional. I did not intend to spend that much time but she was making sure I found the ring and stones that I wanted. At the end, I purchased another band plus the setting with the diamond to make a marquis setting with my original band. Jo thank you so much for helping me find the perfect ring for me. I just can’t say enough about the customer service and the professionalism from not only Jo but the entire staff. Again thank you all so much.
